Great Songs To Walk To In Slow Motion To
66That Walk Where Time Stands Still
We all want our own theme music right? That music that plays in our head that we wish would play in real life. The moment when you walk into a bar, club or crowded room and that music kicks on and all the eyes are on you. And you keep your cool, and begin that walk, that walk that takes place in slow motion. Movies over the years have made this seem so cool. A guy walks into a room of bad guys, pulls out some guns and in slow motion with that great music to get you pumped up plays in the background as enemies begin to fall one by one.
I remember an episode of Family Guy when Peter wanted his own theme music that would play when he would walk. I bet we have all wanted that. I have our own song that plays as we do the cool walk in slow motion. Throughout the years, I have heard many great songs that always make me think that this would be cool song to play as I entered into a bar walking in slow motion. I’m now admitting it, even though it sounds kind of lame. But I bet that I am not the only one who thinks of this from time to time. I mean, we love to see it in movies. That moment, when the good guy is knocked down and just when you think he or she has been defeated, that music comes on and the hero rises and defeats the enemy.
Not only do movies love this combination of great music and slow motion moves, you will also find great songs in professional sports. In the locker room or playing in the stadium, there are many songs that get players and fans pumped up. In Major League Baseball it is very common for batters to have their own “walk up” music as they approach the batter’s box. In that small moment of time a hitter is letting the music prepare him for his at bat that is coming up. From metal, to rap and many other genres, there are many songs out there to use for this very purpose.
I decided to composite a list together of what I would consider great songs to walk in slow motion to. This list are some songs that have already appeared in movies, some songs you might not have ever heard and some songs that just make complete since to walk in slow motion to.
